This Privacy Policy explains how M. Videika (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when you visit testosteroneblueprintguide.com or purchase The Testosterone Blueprint. We are committed to transparency and to safeguarding your privacy under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

Name and email address when you sign up for the free guide or join a waitlist
Payment details when you purchase a product (processed securely by Gumroad)
Messages and questions you send to us

We also collect limited information automatically:

Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) via standard analytics
Technical information such as browser type and device, for security and site performance

3. How we use your information

We use your information only for these purposes:

To send you the free guide you requested and related follow-up emails
To deliver products you purchase and provide customer support
To notify you when the print edition becomes available, if you joined the waitlist

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We use MailerLite as our email service provider, which stores subscriber data in line with GDPR.

6. Payment processing

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your full payment card details. Gumroad’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at gumroad.com.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies, primarily for basic site functionality and anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies that share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site, each with their own privacy policies:

Webflow — website hosting
Gumroad — digital product sales and payment processing
MailerLite — email delivery and subscriber management
Tally — form submissions
Airtable — storing reader stories submissions

9. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Email subscribers can request deletion at any time. Purchase records may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.

13. Hormone Blueprint tracker — data on your device

Beyond the website itself, we provide a free Hormone Blueprint tracker (hormone type quiz + daily logs) that runs entirely in your browser. This section explains how it handles your data — which is fundamentally different from how the rest of the site works.

What the tracker stores locally:

Your hormone type result (one of five categories, plus Hormonal Age score)
Daily log entries (energy 1–5, sleep hours, optional cycle day, symptoms, optional notes)
Streak counter (current, best, last log date)
Two onboarding flags (privacy notice acknowledged, journey preview viewed)

What the tracker never collects:

Email, account, password — no signup of any kind
Name or identity — we have no way to tie a log to a person
Location, device ID, GPS, or advertising ID
Anything shared with third parties — there is nothing to share, because nothing leaves your device

How storage works: All tracker data is saved in your browser’s localStorage under five keys (hb_quiz_state, hb_tracker_entries, hb_tracker_streak, hb_privacy_seen, hb_journey_seen). You can inspect them in your browser’s DevTools → Application → Local Storage. Because we never receive or store this data on our servers, hormone and cycle data — which is special-category personal data under UK GDPR Article 9 — remains entirely under your control.

How to delete it:

In the tracker: Settings panel → “Delete all data” → type DELETE to confirm
Through your browser: Settings → Privacy → Clear site data for testosteroneblueprintguide.com
