Yes. You can create, change and print as many plans as you like without signing up.
We use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, which estimates the energy you burn at rest from your age, sex, height and weight, then multiply it by your activity level. For weight loss we take off up to 500 kcal a day, and for building muscle we add 300 kcal unless your BMI is 30 or more. We never go below 1,200 kcal for women or 1,500 kcal for men.
Yes. Choose the menopause focus and your plan favours recipes tagged for menopause on our site: meals with good protein, calcium-rich foods such as yogurt, tofu and leafy greens, and plenty of plants and fibre. Each recipe page explains why it was chosen.
Many people can, especially if they are new to strength training: eat a modest calorie deficit, get enough protein and lift weights two or three times a week. Choose "Lose weight" as your goal; your protein target is set higher to help you keep muscle.
Every meal is one of our own recipes, written to UK food safety guidance, with nutrition calculated per serving from USDA data. Each recipe page explains why it suits testosterone, menopause, blood sugar or sleep.
Yes. Choose your diet and leave out gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, mushrooms, pork or red meat. We never suggest dropping an allergy. Always check labels yourself: ingredients such as stock, curry paste and sauces vary by brand.
No. It is general guidance for healthy adults. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have an eating disorder, or take medicine for diabetes, talk to your GP or a registered dietitian first.
